Hello, I have seen similar discussions but not an answer to my question.

I use WP Show Post and got to the point where I need to implement pagination on my blogs. So looked at WP Show Post documentation and saw it was a feature of the premium plugin but then noticed this has been disbanded.

So I am looking to move my blogs that are currently using WP Show Post to the Wordpress native blog system via reading settings.

My questions:
Do you have documentation on best practices for doing this?

I am looking to somehow transfer the current content to the blog without having to replicate the content page by page.
Would you suggest 301 redirects for each of my new blog urls from the old pathways?

Any suggestion would be much appreciated. PS: I do not use Blocks, I read there was a querry feature coming to this, as I find them cumbersome to navigate.

Much appreciated.
Robb

Hello David

Thanks for the swift reply, I did not use this method.

I just created the blogs, created a static page and pasted the shortcode in to make it appear in that location.

If I remove the static pages and WP show post will the posts revert back to their slugs/permalinks then I just 301 redirect the current URls to the new blog URLs?
