Wp Show Post for Categorizing Pages

So I have always used tags and categories to display certain Posts. How do I select specific Pages when using WP Show Posts to display "child" pages in a Post List?

this is really a question for the WP Show Posts forum. We're trying to keep queries across plugins in the correct place unless there is an overlap between them and GP.
