wp show post and layout issues

Upgraded to 3.0.1 and enabled flexbox, everything is fine, no box, alignment issues etc. Only problem is, if I use wp show posts shortcode, in a newly created page, the images do not display properly, weird though the old pages ( non updated/republished after upgrade) display properly. Have you faced such problem, help appreciated.
nb. It is a 3 column list with Columns gutter 2 em.

I am not seeing any content of the home-page-test ? Can you clear any page caching you have and let me know.

Can you disable the LiteSpeed Cache and any other caching plugins for us to inspect the code better?
Done, cleared everything, tested by myself, one raw is still not layed properly. I sthere a way to attcah the output, there is no in this post.
Should I also disable cloudflare ?

No cache, no cloudflare, cleared all
I hard cleared my browser cache but definitely still seeing LiteSpeed cache activated in the source code:

I checked cloudflare console and it's disabled, I dont know what else to do, pls advice.
Are you able to check with CloudFlare's support team on this?
Just mention that you are seeing LiteSpeed cache in the source code no matter what you do.
