WP Rocket install has broken homepage

Rather unfortunate. A CSS functionality with this plugin broke the homepage.
Even after deactivation and deletion, the issue still persists.

No images
WP show post shortcode messed up

the site looks ok to me.
Try clearing browser caches and check to see if you have any server side caches which may be 'holding' the broken CSS.
