/wp-admin/ is a 404

All of a sudden, I cannot login to my site and wp-admin is 404ing. I've done everything from renaming the plugin directory to reinstalling WordPress. Siteground doesn't know what's up either. Could this be related to the theme.
The install is pretty simple. I use Encrypt for the SSL and had a Gravity Form registration form that used their Stripe add-on to collect payments. Everything was working great and then bam, can't login.
Any chance you can help take a peek?

Hi there,
Highly doubt it's theme related, as the admin/login is handled strictly by core.
Do you have an .htaccess file? If so, try deleting it.
If that works, you'll need to go to "Settings > Permalinks" to re-save your permalink setting.
