WP 5.5 Preview in tablet & mobile does not work

This is not GP related but I know this group is highly knowledgeable and was wondering if I can get a hand with something. In WP 5.5, only desktop preview works. In Tablet or Mobile, I get a tiny scroll bar in the preview section. Switched to 2020 theme and still the same. Before I go through each plugin, has anyone else run into this problem?

Is this in the block editor? You aren't seeing the screen width decrease to those device widths?
I haven't seen it, personally. It's likely a plugin you have installed.
