    Hi Guys 🙂

How do I remove the header image on a given page using the theme Wordsmith 🙂 ?

    Tried checking:

“Disable Elements: Featured Image / Page Header”

while editing the page in the admin backend, but no luck 🙂

    Best regards
    Christopher

    Hi there,

Are you referring to this image?
    https://www.screencast.com/t/8SDUuBqkntC

If so it’s added with Header Elements:
    https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/

Let me know if this helps 🙂

Thanks for the update 🙂 And yes, it is that image. However, I only want to hide it on one of the pages. Is that possible 🙂 ? I thought I did that by ticking:

“Disable Elements: Featured Image / Page Header”

on the specific page. But no cigar 🙂

    Hi there,

edit the Header Element and go to Display Rules tab and then Exclude the page you wish to remove it from.

    That did the trick 🙂

    Thanks David!

    What is the:

“Disable Elements: Featured Image / Page Header”

On the specific page edit then for ?

    Just curious 🙂

It removes the featured image or the old page headers (legacy support)
