So the logo appears at the very top middle above the hero image. Like this:

Is there a way to move it (and maybe the menu) so that it embeds in the hero image like this, which is another GP site, also from Mike Oliver, called Donate:

To show the header on top of your Hero, you'd need to use a merged Header Element: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/header-element-overview/
And if you'd like the navigation to be to the right of the logo, you can set the Navigation Location to "Float Right": https://docs.generatepress.com/article/navigation-location/
