Wordsmith-Container Picture

I downloaded the demo for Wordsmith and made all changes that I wanted EXCEPT for the main picture on the homepage in the container area. How can I change out the picture from the woman sitting with her feet up to something else. Thanks.

Thanks. However, I am trying to upload a jpeg, but it wants the url. The photo is from my media library from a paid photo membership site. How do I upload just an image I have saved?
Have you tried clicking on the Browse button to select an image from the media library?
