Wordpress version 5.7 alters vertical padding on GeneratePress

Hi,

I use custom CSS on my site. On WP 5.6.2, it looks normal (see imgur link).

On WP 5.7, the vertical padding is enlarged (see second URL in private information). I can't seem to fix this by using CSS, and I haven't seen any similar issues reported on WP/plugin forums, so I'm quite confused as to what is causing this.
