WordPress update has changed Blog page header title back to "Blog"

It's been a while since I've done a website and even longer since I've worked with WP + GP. I plan to get back to it in the next 6 months. I come back with an embarrassing question I can't solve.
On the blog page I had the title in the header bit above the posts as "News", but since running a WordPress update it has gone back to say "Blog"
Any ideas? I'm sure it's a simple issue i'm just bang out of practice.
