[Resolved] WordPress SMTP plugin

Hi, do I need a WordPress SMTP plugin? If yes, can you recommend a good one, please?

My site has no contact form, only text mailto links.

I am using the WPvivid (backup) plugin for the first time and it states for the “Email Report” settings: “Configure you email server(SMTP) with a WordPress SMTP plugin before using the feature”.

This question is not theme related, whether you need an SMTP plugin or not, it’s not theme depended.

If your backup plugin asks you to do so, please get in touch with the plugin’s support.
