Wordpress Customizer is crashing

When I activated some of the premium plugin features. My Customizer is slowing down and lagging. Now I have typography, colors and header premium features on.
I am using a clean installation of generatepress theme with the newest Elementor pro. I have memory limited to 768MB so that should not be the issue.
It says that it crashing due to memory issues on-page.

any issues showing up in Dashboard > Tools > Site Health ?
No, Everything is fine. It even crashing when I have only Elementor and GP Premium activated. If I disable GP Premium features, then It works fine. If I activate Woocommerce from GP Premium. It will cause that. Elements and Colors activated it seems to be fine.
Can you copy and paste exactly what the error says ?

How are you setting your memory? It's possible that your hosting has it capped, so you're not getting the full amount.

It is set like Siteground recommends.
wp-config.php
define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '768M' );
Can you check with Siteground to make sure they haven't capped it at the server ?
