[Support request] WordPress Customizer Crashes.

Hello, I have Generate Press Premium and when I activate a few plugins features, I cannot go customizer because first, it freezes, and then it gives me no response error. If I disable GeneratePress premium. I can access to WordPress customizer normally without crashes.

My server memory limit is 768M.

Plugins that I have installed are Elementor, Elementor Pro, and SG Optimizer which is disabled.

Hi there,

can you double check with your host that the Memory limit is set correctly. Sometimes the WP-config may be set to higher but the server has been capped.

Yes. I asked it from the siteground hosting and it is configured by SiteGround. They have set 768M as the default.

Odd – have similar siteground setups without an issue.

Can the host check the error_log to see whats happening ?
