Wordpress child theme css does not override parent css

Hello,
I don't really know what the problem is, but I have the impression that the style.css of my child theme is not taken into account when my site is live.
I noticed an important thing, when I am connected to the site everything is displayed correctly, but when I am disconnected, it is a disaster.
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.
Let me know :)
I sent you the address of my site, but it is not live.
I have already sent my identifiers to TOM on another ticket (# 1327134) you can use them.
Other information, for the moment I use the constructor of theme Elementor, perhaps this one needs adjustment with the theme child for good CSS.
I try to avoid Elementor use as much as possible but for the moment I still need it on a few pages.
Can you send the login in again and make sure to reference this topic URL?
Thanks.
Received your login e-mail.
Can you let me know which page and what CSS/element I should be looking at?
Leo,
I have problems on the following pages:
- La qualité des kéfirs Symbiose
- Notre atelier, notre terrain de jeu !
And i have the problem on my two product page.
I created a css files on my child theme. It's the only files that i customize.
I don't see those pages in the menu of your site.
Also what CSS isn't working exactly?
Have you tried clearing WP Cache?
Does the same CSS work in Additional CSS field in the customizer?
The problem occurs only when the site is live and I am disconnected. I put the site live you will see.
Important, you must be logged out of the back office
It could be a caching issue.
Can you disable all plugins to test? I saw you had WP Rocket activated.
Indeed it seems to improve by disabling wp-rocket
Glad to hear!
