Wordpress 6.1 Appearance > Editor menu disappeared

Hello,
after WP 6.1 update several menus disappeared in the backend: so far I have found Appearance > Editor, Plugins > Editor, and the built-in Functions editor. Cannot find it anywhere - is it a WP 6.1 issue or is it some other problem?
I have the GP v. 3.2.1 and GP Premium 2.2.0, child theme installed.

its not a theme thing :)
Are you logged in as a super admin ?
Or are you using any security plugins that restrict the editor ?

thanks for a reply. Yes, I am logged in as a super admin and no - no security plugin as it is development site I am talking about

None of them is visible - both Theme File Editor and Editor (beta)
Ok, so no Editor (beta) is correct. WP will only show it, if the theme is a Block based theme.
The other one:
1. Log out of your site.
2. Then in your Browser clear any caches and cookies.
3. Log back into your site.
Does the Theme File Editor now show ?
That was the first thing I did. Did it again now and still no-show
