Wordfence conflict?

Hi,

I contacted Wordfence support a few days ago about this but got no reply. Maybe it is something you came across specifically with Generatepress.

V3 recaptcha logo not showing. The Secret and Site keys are correct but the V3 recaptcha logo does not show on the login and registration pages of my membership website. For what it’s worth, I tried the following css:

.grecaptcha-badge {
z-index: 9999;
}

Still nothing.

Thanks for your help,

Philippe

Hi Fernando,

Thank you very much indeed.

The pages where the V3 recaptcha logo should appear on are: onehomeplanet.com/rcp/registration and onehomeplanet.com/rcp/login

I do not understand what you mean by "can you also provide steps as to how we can see the recaptcha?" I have never seen the recaptcha logo myself, which is the issue.

To be clear: the issue is primarily about the logo not appearing. Behind that, it could be that the Wordfence plugin does not work altogether, which I doubt. The reason why I would like to have the V3 recaptcha logo appear is to reassure visitors who may think that their banking details might be stolen if they subscribe to my website.

Let me know in a precise way (I am a bit slow sometimes) what other information you may need.

Philippe

While looking around about this issue, I decided to turn off the Wordfence V3 Recaptcha feature and go back to what the membership website (Restrict Content Pro) proposes for its registration form. As for the login page for people who are already members, I will look further for a specific solution.

Thanks for your support.

I see. You're welcome, Philippe! Hope you find a solution!
