[Resolved] WooCommerce Thumbnail width = 1000 in “Prime” site design – Too high?

Hi

I have imported the “Prime” site design from the Site Library into my WordPress 6.1.1, GeneratePress 3.4.2 & WooCommerce 7.5 set up.

In Appearance – Customise – WooCommerce – Product Images, there are the following two image values showing …

Main image width = 600
Thumbnail width = 1000

The above Thumbnail width seems very large to me. I researched the web and found an article (https://woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers) saying the default WooCommerce setting is normally 300

Is the 1000 setting above correct/as expected for “Prime” or a mistake (which I need to change to a different number)?

wow, that is way too big. Good spot, i will get the prime site updated to a more sensible size of 300
So yes, please change those in your site!

By the way, I’ve noticed it looks like there is some spam in the “Prime” site design that could best be removed … WooCommerce, Products, Reviews ?

Yeah, we just shut down comments on all sites, and we missed a couple. All fixed now. Thanks for pointing that out too.
