I have another question – is it possible to change the sort by icon from the 3 dots and also can I change the font?

The icon is handled by WooCommerce itself so this is something you will need to check with their support team.

As for the font, can you link us to your page in question and let us know exactly what you are trying to change?

The type that says Sort By Latest – would want to change that font.

Are you using the Dynamic Typography feature?

If so you try targetting a custom element with this selector:
