Woocommerce sidebar widget not an option

I've got your generatepress pro theme and trying to add the Woocommerce side bar via appearance > widgets. However, there is no option of the Woocommerce sidebar within there.

Is there a setting we need to enable for that option to appear?

I'm not sure if understand.

Are you trying to add a sidebar to WooCommerce' pages?

If so the settings are in the customizer:
