Woocommerce short code

As you can see on the link,
the store is built using woo block and I found this is too complicated.
and I want to use woocommerce shortcode to make shop page.
Is there short code for all products or product by category?
Or Am I supposed to make a short code using php code?
I just foudn..
[products]
[products category]
I should use this now cuz woo block is hard to customizing without using paid plugin..
