WooCommerce shopping cart | move to left side of the menu

My site is aligned to the right, I have added the shopping cart icon in the menu and changed the position as I wish, to the left side of the menu.
The problem is when I'm editing the CSS code I am logged in, and for logged-in users, I removed two objects from the menu.

So I can not see how an offline customer sees the page and thus make changes accordingly, anyway, I made changes and logged out to check if it worked out, but nothing happened, the shopping cart stays in the same plac

UPDATE:
It's happen only when the cart is empty while I have some items in cart I'm using the class .has-items and it's working
