Woocommerce shop page not displaying multiple columns

Within the customizer, I'm able to set the shop page to display 4 columns of products. After publishing the changes, my actual shop has just a single column straight down the middle of the page. Is there something I'm missing in order to get the 4 columns set up?
Hmmm, when I click on the product and am taken to the single product page, the product image is blown way up and the You may also like... products are in a single centered column down the center of the page.
