    Hi,

my shop page looks like this, with a big space above to the header. All other woocommerce sites are looking great.

    shop page

This is a subdomain on a multisite. I had deactivated all Plugin, cleared the cache, but the site … nothing happened.

Any idea where I can look …

    Cheers,
    Heiko

    Hi again,

I figured out that the shop page problem only disapear, if I deactivated GP Premium.

The login and password didn’t work for me and I’m locked out for 20 minutes it seems.

    Hi Leo,

I generated a new password. Please try again in 1 or 2 minutes.
Let me know if it works or not. Thanks.

    Hi there,

Your products are trying to display using Masonry – do you have any functions/plugins that are doing that? GP doesn’t have that feature by default.

    Let us know 🙂

    Hi,

    I have to look.
Is there a possibility to avoid the masonry on the shop page?

    Thank you,
    Heiko

    Hi Tom,

the only place I didn‘t look was the function.php and there where masonry functions.
After deleting them, everything seem to work fine.

    Thank you for the note.
And also a big thank you to the support team.

    Stay healthy!
