WooCommerce Shop and Category Titles (how to remove?)

Hi there - tried a few solutions from the forums but none worked. I’m trying to remove the WooCommerce title from my shop and category pages. I see the “remove title” in the customizer, but I’d prefer to keep that one and remove the other (better spacing for my site.)
Is there a simple way to deactivate the WooCommerce titles?

If so it's currently added inside using a header element:

Likely with the post title template tag:

You will need to identify the page hero then add the shop page under the exclusion rules:
