Woocommerce setting is greyed out in customiser

Hi Tom many thanks for your response to a previous question.
I have GP premium 1.5.6 installed and I have purchased the full package. However the woocmmerce section is greyed out in my customiser and doesn't allow me to activate.
I would appreciate your help on this.
