Woocommerce product categories not available

Yesterday I added some Woocommerce product categories to a menu without trouble. Today I tried to add another category to the menu but when I went to the Menus page in the Dashboard I couldn't find the drop-down for Product Categories. The menu still contains the categories from yesterday but I can't add the new category I just created.
I disabled all plugins and switched themes to no avail. All plugins and themes are up to date.

Hi-- sorry, I should have said something. It's Firefox 85.0.1 for Mac. Works fine on Safari.
Could you switch to twenty twenty one theme to see if the issue persists?
If so then it's not a GP theme issue.
But you could try to disable all plugins and add them back one by one to eliminate conflicts from other plugins.
