Woocommerce plugin on multisite

I activated the Woocommerce plugin on a network site under GP settings but there are no options under Customize for Woocommerce. At first there was a message 'WooCommerce not activated.' which is not the case. I selected all the GP Premium plugins and activated them and this shows the Woocommerce plugin as activated but there are no options.
Hi there,
So on your single site (within multi site), both WooCommerce and the GP WC add-on are activated?
Yes. I tried deactivating and reactivating but no change.
Any chance you can send me temporary admin login details?: https://generatepress.com/contact/
I'm not sure how I can safely send that info to you.
You can send it through Account Issue on this page then no one else will see it: https://generatepress.com/contact/
Please mention the topic as well :)
Forgot to mention the URL in my Account Issue.

Has anyone gotten this to work on a multisite? I tried a very basic install on a multisite website and couldn't get it to work.
Another user was just having this issue. Can you try network deactivating WooCommerce and activate it on the single site?
Yes, that was the solution. Thanks for your help with this.
No problem :)
Hello,
I already activated the plugin and put my license key. However, Wocommerce is not enabled. Can you help me? Thank you.
Is WooCommerce installed and activated on the site?
I downloaded the plugin, installed it in wordpress and activated with the license key. Is there anything else to do?
Which plugin? WooCommerce?
Yes, once WooCommerce is installed and activated, you can activate the GP WooCommerce add-on in "Appearance > GeneratePress".
