WooCommerce Payment Gateway Cart Display Order

I've searched but I can't find or figure out how to change the order of the payment gateways themselves in the cart. The positioning of them entirely, below the cart totals, is just fine. But, what I can't figure out how to do is put the Proceed to checkout button below Afterpay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, etc.

I may be able to achieve my desired result by using absolute positioning but I'd rather order them properly and just fix some spacing after that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
