WooCommerce One Page Checkout — Paypal Button

My client wants to use a one-page checkout for their products (so the checkout form shows up directly on the product page). They've installed a plugin that allows for this, but we're having trouble with the Paypal button. If you select the Paypal radio button on the checkout form, the Paypal button appears in the main product section, instead of below the radio button you just selected — which is very confusing.

Example product where Paypal button appears in main section instead of checkout section: https://www.jmuenz.com/product/simplicity/
Example of main checkout page, with desired functionality: https://www.jmuenz.com/checkout/

We reached out to Woocommerce support and they suggested it may be a plugin conflict — but I assume the payment button layout is controlled by the theme?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi there,

but I assume the payment button layout is controlled by the theme?

I don't think so, as the product page is using Woocommerce own template. The plugin must've used the Woocommerce hook to insert the button.

I would happy to take a look, but the login doesn't work, it seems both the username and email are not registered on your site.

Let me know!

Hi, Ying!

Thanks for your help! Sorry about the login — I must have forgotten to save it, haha. Try now!

No worries :)

I took a look and as I said before, the theme can not control where the button appears.

I would recommend reaching out to the plugin's support to see if they have a filter or setting to pick the location of the button.

Thank you so much for confirming, Ying :) I appreciate you! We'll circle back to the plugin developer!

You are welcome :)
