Hi there,
I have installed the WooCommerce plugin. On my products pages and in the shopping basket, the box which shows the number of ordered products is not big enough. The number is hidden behind the two little arrows.
In other themes like 2017 the box is big enough so it’s a theme problem inside GeneratePress. Will there be an update fixing this problem or is there a quick fix for this issue?

That’s weird. It looks well in my install and our demo site: http://demo.generatepress.com/product/happy-ninja-2/
Can you link us to the page in question?
You can edit the original topic and use the private URL.

Thanks for your reply.
The website is not online yet, I’m still using the old one till the new one is ready.
So I can’t direct you to the site.Like I said, when I use another theme, the box looks fine.
Should I wait and see what happens when the site goes live or does that have nothing to do with the issue?Tony
February 17, 2018 at 11:22 am #499048LeoStaffCustomer SupportHard to tell what’s the issue without seeing the live site unfortunately as it’s not happening in our demo page as I mentioned.
Can we revisit this issue once the issue can be viewed live?

Could you look at the site with a change in your hosts-file?
That’s how I work on the site for until we go live.127.0.0.1 localhost 37.16.0.120 www.huzarenvanboreel.nl huzarenvanboreel.nl

Have you activated the GP Premium WooCommerce module?: https://generatepress.com/woocommerce/
That should fix it for you.
Let me know ๐
February 20, 2018 at 10:23 am #501312AnthonieHi Tom,
Correct! After activation the box is the size it should be, thanks!!
Now dealing with some other issues. Not sure if this is caused by the Premium plugin or the WooCommerce that installed almost simultaneously.
The products don’t show as they should on the catalog page. When I set it to 3 columns, there is a row with 2 products and below a row with one product. When I set it to 5 colums, there is a row with 4 products and below a row with one product. So whateveramount of columns I choose, it puts one product on a seperate row.Issue 2 is the size of the thumbnails on that same product page. They are way too big.
But maybe this is the reason:Thumbnail regeneration is running in the background. Depending on the amount of images in your store this may take a while.
This message has been showing for 30 minutes now and I only have 24 products in the shop.

Do you mind opening separate topics for different issues?
It really helps us to track the progress/problem.
Thanks!
