Hi, when I’m logged in to the site, my primary menu including WooCommerce items works fine (shop categories are nested under ‘Shop Online’ as set in the menu admin). However, when I log out, all menu items ‘un-nest’ themselves. I’ve tried disabling all plugins, re-creating the menu, etc, etc, but no luck. I log back in and evrything is nested properly again. Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hi there,

can you share a screenshot of how it should look ?

Hi David, here you go. http://hostfortyfive.co.uk/client/kfco/screenshot.png Under shop online are the nested shop categories.

When I log out, the WooCommerce ‘Shop Online’ vanishes and all nested category links move up to level 1. I tried to get help from WooCommerce but they were insistent it is not a Woo related issue. Thanks!

I can’t see how this would be a theme issue either – sounds like a caching issue to me.

Have you tried disabling all plugins except WooCommerce to test?

Please make sure there are no server caching and optimization activated during the testing as well.

Hi Leo, I’ve disabled every plugin then re-enabled WooCommerce only, and have made sure all caches are clear, including Litespeed. It’s a very strange one! Never come across this before. The Woo ‘Shop’ button just does not want to stick…

The menus are handled by WP, so it’s not related to Woocommerce either.

If you are not seeing the same on the backend and front end, it’s likely a cache issue as Leo said.
