woocommerce + jetpack & gp-premium incompatibility
3 replies · Started by sheldon on August 3, 2017
whenever I have gp premium and woocommerce, or gp premium and jetpack enabled, it breaks the entire admin section of wordpress, leaving me with just a blank screen and i have to disable plugins via phpmyadmin to regain any functionality.

Before the most recent update only the 'customise' wysiwyg editor was broken by enabling woocommerce with gp premium.
this is a fresh install of both wordpress, generatepress and woocommerce with hardly any other plugins.
here is a report generated without gp premium activated

Hi there,
Lots of people are using GP + WooCommerce or GP + Jetpack combo so they should work together.
Can you please test to only have those plugins activated and disable all other plugins?
Let us know.
A white screen is usually a server error.
You can check your error_log file on your server for detailed info on the specific error.
As a guess, I would say it's a memory limit issue: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/increasing-php-memory-limit/
