How can I set single column layout(content only no sidebars) to woocommerce shop front page and for its products, while my complete website has 2 column layout (content/sidebar).

Hmm, as of right now WooCommerce tells WordPress that the shop page/products page are using the index.php and single.php templates, which are the same as the blog. So the Blog Layout in the Customizer changes these layouts as well.
Let me look into a solution to target the layouts for WooCommerce only – will get back to you.
