    Hey guys,

    I’m having this strange problem where my shopping cart on my website is not maintaining the products I add to it on mobile devices. The checkout process works fine on desktop but whenever an item is added to the cart on mobile it is immediately removed on the cart page. I’m not exactly sure when this problem started but it was not here until recently.

    I have tried disabling caching plugins, WP rocket, and many other plugins that I thought might be causing the issue but it persists despite these changes.

    And, for whatever reason, it only occurs on mobile.

    Any help would be great!

    Hi there,

    Can you disable all plugins except GP and WooCommerce to eliminate any plugin conflicts?

    Is it working normally in Seller from our site library here?

    Hi Leo,

    I disabled every plugin and it still persists and I tried it on your GP site (on mobile) and the problem is there too. I’m thinking this is a theme thing.

    You can replicate the problem by going to the site on mobile, adding a product to the cart, and then clicking to the cart page. When you get there your cart will be empty automatically.

    Sorry not sure how we missed your reply before.

    I just tested your site and Seller using my phone and the cart worked for me in both cases:

    We also haven’t had other reports on this either so I’m thinking it might be something with your browser or mobile device.

    Do you have another browser to test? What about another browser?
