Is there any theme conflict with Woocommerce best selling shortcode? Because the shortcodes below work with another theme

[products best_selling="true" columns="4" limit="8" orderby="popularity" order="DESC"]

[best_selling_products columns="4" limit="8" orderby="popularity" order="DESC"]
