WooCommerce "before add to cart" hook is inside add to cart container, not outsi

Hello,
I am an issue where WooCommerce "before add to cart" hook is inside add to cart container, not outside creating a issue with my button. How can i move that back outside ? what file and location to edit ? Thanks

If it's a variation, you might be able to use this hook: woocommerce_before_variations_form
