Hi,
I'm trying to show, in the product archive pages, both subcategories and products from them.
Despite what I choose in the customizer, I always have only subcategories in the page:
Here a screenshot of the issue.
As you can see in the screenshot, on the left my choice: "subcategories and products", on the right side the archive page with subcategories but no products.
Also, even if I select just "Products", the result is the same.
Am I doing something wrong? Usually this works as I expected on other themes.

Hi Giacomo,

Thank you for attaching a screenshot!

As a first line of debugging, and to see if a third party plugin is causing a conflict, can you try #1 here?: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/debugging-tips/

It would be good to take a backup of your site before doing so.

Kindly let us know how it goes. :)

Hi Fernando,
Thanks for the support.

During the debug I understood what it was and solved the issue. I describe what happened in case could be useful for others.

I noticed that the behaviour I described occurred only with one category. After checking, I realise that wasn't any category, but the default one, usually called "Uncategorised". For some reason, the owner changed it to an active category.

After changing it back to Uncategorised and creating a new category to substitute for products and subcategories, everything worked as expected.

You're welcome and good catch! Glad you found the issue!
