Woocommerce Account Page - How to add custom tab?

when a user registers or buys a product they then can see their downloads etc on their account page, I'd like to disable some tabs and create a custom tab, how do I do this?

I've been trying to find a plugin to help me add/edit customs tabs on the account page to no avail.
