Hi, I hope you are well.
I noticed you have a module called Woocomerce. I have never worked with it. I understand it works well when selling products and I want to ask you if it works for selling services.
Thank you so much.

StaffCustomer SupportHi there,
Woocommerce is an eCommerece Plugin:
You can install it for free. But it has some paid extensions.
The Woocommerce Module in GeneratePress works only when that plugin is installed. And it simply adds some additional theme options in the customizer.
Woocommerce can sell digital products / services and there are extensions for things like a CRM,
For your requirements you may be better looking either at a Forms Plugin that supports a payment portal and CRM integration. For example:
Or research some CRM plugins for WP, there are a lot to choose from 🙂

Hello David,
I recently submitted a ticket to Fluent Forms, but they informed me that they can not do anything further than some forms and add a payment. I wanted to ask you if, by any chance, you know an alternative solution.
Thanks again for your guidance. You cannot imagine how much I appreciate them.March 24, 2023 at 4:14 am #2580151David
StaffCustomer SupportHmmm… what kind of services are you looking to sell ?

Hi David,
Specifically,
Specifically,1. I want to create three forms – one for each service that I offer. For example, if a client wants me to write an article, they should be able to select a price depending on the length of the article and add one or more articles.
2. The forms should only be accessible to be filled by registered and logged-in users.
3. After selecting the services the client need, clients will make payment
4. Then clients will be directed to a form where are listed all the services they purchased, and they will have the option of giving them a title to identify them easily
5. When selecting each service, one at a time, they can provide additional details and requirements for each article, like topic, suggested titles, etc. This form will allow for conversations and picture sharing between myself and the client for 14 days.
6. Clients will be limited to doing three changes during a maximum of 14 days, after which the service is marked as completed.
7. The information from the conversations and the final product will be kept online for seven months before being erased. That way clients can come back later and find the conversation and final article. Clients will receive an email reminder at the end of the service, with that information to remind them they can access their articles for 7 months.March 24, 2023 at 5:54 am #2580278David
StaffCustomer SupportIt sounds like you need a full CRM system, of which there are several available. But for specific needs it may need paid extensions or custom developments.
Theres a good article here on some options:
https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-crm/
To give you an idea of the kind of extending a plugin may require – see the Jetpack CRM here:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/zero-bs-crm/
on that page you can see the list of paid extensions.
You may also want to look at non WordPress SaaS options as an alternative.
For more info, might be worth asking in out facebook group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/generatepressI am sure there a some users who will have faced this task themselves.
