Hi - is it possible to remove the sorting dropdown on the shop page? https://staging.textilejunkies.com/shop/

Make sure you have the Woocommerce module enabled in Appearance > GeneratePress then you can find a bunch of options in Customizer > Layout > Woocommerce:
