Woo Commerce not available

I purchased GP Premium specially to use the Woo Commerce feature. It has been completely disabled. and I can't even select it. It says "WooCommerce not activated" and there is no way to activate it. If this feature is no longer available I would like a refund.

you need to install and enable the Woocommerce Plugin first - then you will be able to activate the GP Woocommerce Module.
That's just it. I cannot activate it. The checkbox is completely disabled.
Do you have this plugin installed and activated ?
Yes it is plugged in and installed. All of the other features like Backgrounds, Blog and Colors can be activated. The WooCommerce checkbox is grayed out and the text across from it says "WooCommerce not activated". It's like this feature was turned off

Sorry, I did not realize until I read through this thread again that I had to download the WooCommerce plugin separately from https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/. Looks like that is too large to import and I cannot reset the max_filesize so I will contact the webhost and try again
