[Support request] Wondering how to copy what this website did?

I’m looking to copy the answer target at the top of the article that’s highlighted. I’d like to be able to do that for all of my articles as he did it there, I’m also curious how to add in an affiliate disclaimer as well at the top of the article? I’ve added the site in the private box for privacy reasons. Thanks.

do you mean the text in the yellow box? If so the site creator just added a Background Color to that text block.

To add a disclaimer across your site – you can use a Block Element:
