Wondering how to add "Recent Posts" with block element?

So I'm trying to use a block element to add "Recent Posts" to my posts in certain categories with the Query loop block in GB.
I was wondering how to insert this on specific category of posts on GP Pro? I don't see an option for a specific category, also it's not showing entirely regardless of the options I'm choosing.
Ahh, so I fixed it myself :). Now curious how to remove this part to avoid redundancy if at all possible?

go to Customizer > Layout > Blog, select the Single Tab, and there you can uncheck the meta you don't require.
