On this page of the link, Can I put the two button(Add to Cart, buy now) below the quantity?

Oh. Just remove this code a provided awhile ago:

                flex-wrap: nowrap;
            }

            .single-product.woocommerce div.product form.cart .quantity {
                padding-right: 5px;
            }
