    Hi,

The following link https://www.mydomain.com/wp-includes/wlwmanifest.xml is appearing in my Google Search Console as a “Duplicate without user-selected canonical”.

Is this something that is being called by GeneratePress?

If so, can I remove it? I only ever use my browser to access the admin area of my site.

The same question goes for similar called URLs mentioned here: https://bhoover.com/remove-unnecessary-code-from-your-wordpress-blog-header/

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi there,

WordPress itself adds those tags. The article you linked to gives you the necessary code to remove each one.

Let me know if you need more info 🙂
