Will Monsterinsights slow down my site?

Hi guys, I'm considering installing monsterinsights.
Has anyone done this and will this slow down my site?

Hi there,
Yes, it can slow down the site as it'll have to load scripts on the page.
But I believe this can be improved. Consider contacting their support on best practices on mitigating performance slow downs when it's in use. :D

I installed monster insights and used perfmatters to get the analytics code local. Site hasn’t lost any speed 🙏
