Widgets or BLOCK ELEMENT for footer and sidebar?

Hello,

I was wondering which is the best choice:

1) Use widgets + wordpress 5.8 widget block editor on footer and on right sidebar

2) Use Generatepress> Block elements> Block type> footer o Right Sidebar

Hi there,

It's more about personal preference.

I like using the block elements with GenerateBlocks more :)
