Widgets and 'Read me' links have duplicated.

I have experienced a number of hiccups with my site and restoring my site solved some issues but created new ones.
Now I have widgets that duplicate and two 'Read more' links beneath each blog post excerpt.
I also have the blog date showing although my checkbox remains unticked. I can't get rid of the blog comments link nor can I add the category link.
I have disabled and deleted a number of apps without solving my problem.

Can you try removing the read more label if it's not already empty?

Nothing has changed I'm afraid. I can delete the 'read more' box but not the 2nd link.
The side widgets have duplicated again.
The post date and comments counter are unchecked but they're displaying. I can't remove them.
The category box is checked but does not display.
I have not re-activated the caching plugin yet.

The only element coming from GP is the Read more button:

So just to confirm, the read more label box is currently empty and display read more buttons is not checked?

The rest of the content is all coming from Beaver Builder so GP has no control over them.
I'm definitely seeing some sort of caching enabled. Looks like it's from BB as well.
Can you check with their support first and see if they can spot the issue?
Here is a screenshot so you can visualize what I mean. I will contact Beaver Builder. I thought that the customizer was part of GP.

All of the elements you indicated above are coming from Beaver Builder so GP's customizer doesn't control them.
The only element that's coming from GP is the read more button as I pointed out above.
So if you change the read more label in the customizer, it should reflect in that button.
