Widget space GP + Elementor

Hi, I am referring to that issue documented here: https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues/4452
I am using GP + Elementor, and I have the problem describes in the github thread.

This sounds like an issue directly from their plugin.
The Github thread also suggested that:
This bug happens with a default WordPress theme active.

Hi Leo, I am using the GP theme (premium) on the site mentioned.
I have the same setting on my own site freshvanroot.com and the same issue.
So Elementor says the spacing after the textwidget has to do with theme settings - if I understand correct.
Any hing on how to get that solved?

Hmm I really can't see how this can be GP related.
Does the issue exist if you switch to a twenty series WordPress theme?
